Maintains and cuts grass in public gardens, the cemetery and Kirkfield Roundabout.
Maintains 4 bus shelters.
Plants and maintains over 20 flowerbeds.
Supplies and waters summer hanging baskets and planters.
Installs and maintains over 30 benches and seats.
Litter picks the cemetery and public gardens.
Checks safety of play equipment.
Organises tourist events in the town.
Publicises the town with the distribution of leaflets to the tourist outlets.
Monitors planning applications within the town.
Erects bunting and the Christmas Lights.
Administers the Memorial Gardens Trust and the Town War Memorial Clock Trust.
Liaises with the East Riding of Yorkshire Council in working to improve highway and environmental issues.
Tends two War Memorials.
