Councillor Jacqui Blackburn, Mayor of Withernsea, invites the people of Withernsea to join with her, and fellow Withernsea Town Councillors at the Jubilee Garden in Italian Gardens on Sunday 18th September 2022 at 8pm. This is to observe a minutes silence on the eve of the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
